Celebrating International Chef’s Day

Monday was International Chef’s Day and this year was all about inviting children to embark on a culinary adventure, discovering the joys of cooking, the importance of healthy eating, and the value of sustainable practices…..So our Chef, John, joined Chefs worldwide when he held a workshop and shared his knowledge with children from Barley Barkway Federation First School . After a morning spent learning how to wash, chop & grate vegetables safely, everyone then enjoyed homemade pasta sauce featuring the 9 different vegetables they’d prepared earlier!!
