Pinders Healthcare Awards

We were delighted to show the judges around Margaret House and be presented with our award and a cheque for £500 (which we have donated to the Alzheimer’s Society) for being one of the three shortlisted finalists. We then attended the Awards Lunch and although we didn’t win, we are still very proud, as the judges commented that this year had been the hardest ever for them to pick an overall winner as the standard of the entries had been so high.

Ashleigh

Ashleigh’s New Job

We are all thrilled for Ashleigh as she has just heard that she has been accepted to become a Trainee Nurse at Addenbrookes starting in September. Ashleigh joined Margaret House as part of our Apprenticeship training scheme and we were delighted when she successfully completed her course last year. It was always her ambition to become a nurse, she is a wonderful carer and we are sure that she will make a fantastic nurse when she leaves us to start her training later in the year.
