It didn’t take long for our Care Manager and keen Chef, Isabelle, to get the frying pan out this morning! Before we could say “Shrove Tuesday” she’d whipped up the batter and pancakes were flying in the air. All that was left to do was decide whether we wanted lemon and sugar or a more exotic topping and then enjoy eating them!! We all agreed that she makes some of the best pancakes in Hertfordshire.
