Margaret House wins ‘Best Large Business in Royston’ for 2nd time in a row
We were thrilled and delighted to win the Chamber of Commerce’s business award again for Best Large Business. The awards were last held in 2016 and the judges commented that Margaret House had continued to grow and develop since our previous win and also was now fully integrated into the local Royston community, employing local staff and using local businesses wherever possible. When collecting the award, Thomas paid tribute to all the staff for their hard work in making Margaret House the success that it is and also a wonderful place for our residents to live.
Herts Good Care Month
To support Herts Good Care Month we are holding a number of events in the 1st week of July – Please book a place for yourself, friends or relatives to come along and find out a bit more.
- Monday 2nd 10.30 am Magic Morning Coffee – Come & see the new games in action.
- Tuesday 3rd 10.15 or 11.15 Dementia Friends Information Session – become one of the 4 million dementia friends the Alzheimer’s Society is trying to make by 2020.
- Thursday 4th 9.30 or 12.15 – Take part in the Virutual Dementia Tour to experience first hand what it might be like to live with dementia.
