Phylomena Wing is 2 years old
We can’t believe another year has flown by already! However, it was time once again to celebrate with a wonderful carrot cake and coffee morning, which was enjoyed by all the residents, visitors and staff.
For the 2nd year running Margaret House receives a ‘Top 20 Care Home’ Award
We were delighted to receive the news that Margaret House has once again been awarded a Top 20 Care Home award for the East of England from the leading website www.carehome.co.uk. Gail and Thomas said “We are very grateful to all our residents, their families and friends who have taken the time to submit a review. We and all the staff, really appreciate that the caring atmosphere we strive to provide has been recognised with this award”.
Colin celebrates his birthday
Colin chose to celebrate his birthday with a delicious fruit cake. Emma did a great job of getting the cake to him with all the candles still alight for him to then blow out! This was soon followed by a special ‘birthday tea’ which was then enjoyed by everyone at Margaret House.
