National Nutrition and Hydration Week

We took part in the National Nutrition and Hydration Week week- so it’s been all about the food and drink. Whilst we are lucky to enjoy a delicious and healthy diet all year round, we have enjoyed trying out some different healthy snacks such as hummus and dips, doing some in-house market research to decide our favourite flavoured waters and making our own fruit kebabs. The week culminated with us taking part in a Global Tea Party.
