We got our prime viewing spots secured early as we waited for the riders taking part in the 1st stage of the Ride London race through Hertfordshire come past our entrance to the Care Home. We loved seeing them all whizz past us, although it was all over a bit too fast! However, the hoots and waves we got from all the support cars and police made up for it.
