To celebrate travel restrictions easing, we have decided to make Margaret House Care Home in Barley, Hertfordshire a worldwide destination for the month as we hold our own ‘Staycation’.
We started our travels in the USA, celebrating the 4th of July Independence Day by making flags to decorate the dining room, followed by homemade burgers and ‘knickerbocker glories’. We all had a lovely afternoon enjoying our American BBQ and are looking forward to moving on with our travels to Europe this week ….
